New with tags natural tan suede leather bootcut chaps from Whitman.  Made in the USA.  These were given to my sister, but were too small for her.  Originally 0.  Perfect for shows!

Thigh Opening at Top: 20 inches (10 inches flat across)
Zipper: 24 inches
Inseam: 28 1/2 inches
